Please Note:   

  • Full payment, and the completed, signed Consent Form are required prior to the autopsy procedure, unless other arrangements have been made.
  • There may be additional fee for travel, use of facility and transportation.


  • Reminder: Please confirm that your daily spending limit is high enough to cover the transaction before processing. If it is no, the transaction will be declined by the bank.
  • We accept cash, certified checks, checks from recognized funeral homes and these Major credit cards: MasterCard; Visa; American Express; and Discover. 
  • Additional services such as specific tumor analysis, genetic testing and various other lab services are available upon request for an additional cost.
