  MAPS is a professional mobile autopsy group that specializes in respectful onsite autopsy services.

We are a group of medical professionals dedicated to discovering answers for the families of departed loved ones through a respectful and dignified autopsy. It is our goal to perform a thorough examination while maintaining the greatest possible level of respect for the bodies of the decedents. Our pathologists are board certified medical professionals licensed in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.



Due to the unique nature of autopsy services, timing is often essential, 
therefore please contact us prior to scheduling any services to make sure we can 
accommodate your request.

We are currently not performing autopsies on COVID-19 positive cases.

The team at Midwest Anatomic Pathology Services has performed more than 3,000 autopsies over the past ten  years.  Our expertise, attention to detail, flexibility and compassionate character, has drawn many families to us who are dealing with the loss of a loved one.
We service southeastern Wisconsin, 
and northeastern Illinois.
